When syncing my contacts, I'm getting all of the contact information EXCEPT for email addresses. KeySync is missing them ALL! Most of my contacts were created on a PAC Mate before active syncing them over to the computer. I can't imagine it would make a difference that they came from a Pocket PC device, but am mentioning it nevertheless.
