Jonathan, could you repeat that in Voicenote Speak? about switching from 
process to process and file to file? Is that the Function 9 and Function 4 
movement? I don't quite always end up where I expect to and when I come back to 
keymail I am always at a menu rather than in the message I left. Am I doing it 
wrong?
