[Braillenote] one-handed mode

Hi,

Somehow my BN got itself into one-handed mode. Now when I start it, it 
tells me "one-handed mode. To exit, press enter." Howeveer, when I press 
the enter key, it does nothing. I tried a reset, but that didn't work 
either. Help!
