Hi, I'm trying to log into the site to make sure my SMA is all set, and I keep getting an "invalid serial number or password" message. I tried using do ow five-digit serial number, and also tried adding the united states bnb part which wouldn't all fit, so I'm assuming that isn't part of the serial number. So shouldn't the five-digit number work? And the password really is frog1 right?
