Hi, Shannon, Using the PK, I surf the net for many consecutive hours, and my unit occasionally locks up for no apparent reason. After much trial and error, I have discovered that the 1-2-3 reset corrects most problems very quickly, effortlessly and efficiently for me; but please remember that this conclusion is based solely on personal experience!
