Hello John: I'm sure you've tried this, but is there any chance you could have either turned off or down the speech?? I'm also wondering, and I'm sure you've tried ALL resets. I know that on the MPower, there are 4 different resets and one of them all but flushes the flash drive and starts the unit fresh from the factory with all factory settings, but your data is still there.
