Terry: Dean did, in fact, ask people to send the blank messages to him 
directly.  Perhaps, the problem is that you have to look all the way at the 
bottom for his email address.  It's always good, if you want email sent 
directly to you, instead of to a list, to put you email address in the body of 
the message itself, because folks don't always look at the signature line.  God
