http://www.blindcooltech.com/ you'll find lots of really cool podcasts, among which is a recording of the annual Raleigh NC Christmas Parade. It's 94.2 mb so I downloaded it with my PC and put it on an SD card to listen to with headphones on the MPower. It's awesome. With headphones it sounds like the bands and the floats are passing right in front of you. A real Christmas treat and you'll find lots more at the site. Pam
