I must have missed something here.  Well, I don't have time to read every 
message.  Is the braille note being repaired? Couldn't Humanware priortize the 
repairs to that unit so James could have it back? After all, James probably 
doesn't own an abacus, and our school really taught that well.  His probably 
didn't, so he needs his braille note with that calculator.  Couldn't Humanware 
give priority to equipment that's used on the job or in school? Just a thought.
