These sound like they may be problems with your isp more than with your
braillenote. Is it possible for you to try getting the same mail on a PC? At
this point what I"d do is a sdf reset for supersticious reasons, or maybe just
a button reset, then I'd go online via the internet and have a look at the mail
to see if it will open there and if it can read properly. I get this when my
connection to the server is in need of a slap on the back. Mine is wireless and
I just turn the router off then on again and all seems to clear unless there's
something I can't open on the isp and then I call them and have hthem delete
that message.
