Sarah, I need to make something clear here. Pressing dots 1,2,5 (H) with the spacebar brings up the help menu on the bt keyboard. that's one thing. Now pressing 1,2,5,7,8 plus the spacebar(H with backspace and enter keys) brings up the user guide. this is what I was trying to tell Cindy last night. now I don't know what these are on the qt keyboard. big difference here! One brings up help and the other brings up the user guide.... Isaac
