Terri,
The sighted folks I worked with until recently, (I worked for the State) all
had manuals to teach them MS-Word, and updataed versions of Windows. In fact,
when I bought a Gateway laptop in 2004, it came with a bunch of print.
My feeling is that Humanware provides instructional material on cassette.
Since some of us are unaable to use that format, we should have equal access
to information.
Some friends, who have Pac Mates say they received braille manuals.
In the final analysis, there is lots of information available that is recorded
and little that is in braille.
