Hi Everyone, Okay twice today while on Web pages the BN just locks up. I finally got to the NLS page where I could search for books. When it displayed the results for my search the BN refused to do anything. I couldn't move the thumb keys, I couldn't use dot 1 or dot 4 to move anywhere, I couldn't exit out of the Web page. I had to remove the Etheernet card which the BN recognized . Then I performed a reset without any keys held down. chny ideas on why this is happening and how to stop it? I'm calling tech support Monday to send this unit for repair. This will make the four time within a year my unit has had to go in for repair. I don't know what else to do.
