[Braillenote] braille note is not connecting to activesinkk please help!

Hi list.  I just had my computer updated, and since I got it back I 
have not been able to connect to activwesink.  I am using the serial 
port on a bn clasic.  I have played around with the settins with no 
luck.  If some one could help me out that would be great.  I am 
running win xp home with sp2.
