OK, I admit I goofed big time! I am one of the people who was not getting alarms after resets. Rhonda, I read your post on how to delete the planneroundbf file. However, when I went to erase I got the planneroundbt. Just not paying attention I guess, (not an excuse for stupidity). Anyway BN says it cannot start the alarms and planner. It said to reset and if it didn't come back to reinstall the version of keysoft. I am running 6.2 on my MPower. I did all the resets and re-did the patch twice. Oh please could someone help! Please tell me I don't have to send it in because of my inattentiveness to detail!!! I am almost in tears now, but if I have to send it in, I will really cry! Thanks to anyone who can help!!!!!
