Sylvia, That's what I'm guessing as well. I've tried both resets, but neither of them seem to work. That being said, I can't complain. I've had my BrailleNote for the past 4 years without any repair problems. Knock on wood! It looks like I will have to make a call to my local dealer and/or HumanWare. Thanks for your reply! <smile>
