Hi Everyone, Okay a little bit ago I was able to download 27 emails and delete them all successfully. I didn't receive any error messages when the BN was downloading the emails. I was able to surf the Internet for maybe five minutes before I received the message about cannot find the server DNS error. I did the 4-5-6 reset. It makes an odd sound immediately after the usual chime. It makes a noise like the progress tone noise that I heard when I installed the 6.11 upgrade.
Is this new with KS 6.11? Now I cannot check email, not sure if I can send email yet, nor can I surf the Web. I'm hoping my ISP will have some answers tomorrow. None of the resets seem to help all three types. Thanks for your time and your assistance. Lisa
