folder from my computer to my flash card so I can listen to it on the Mp3

If you can give me detailed steps, I'd appreciate it. You, or Joseph, Jim,
Don, or someone. I can listen to the file on my computer, but I want to listen
to some of the tutorials on my flash card inthe Mp3 application of the Br Note.
I'll be getting a Ptr1 soon from Irti, but I want to transfer the file from my
computer to the flash card inthe reader. How do I do this? As Diane says, mega
