Hi Peggy, there is a bug which we believe we've squashed in KeySoft 7 when it is released, that means that sometimes you will get the message that the gage isn't accurate enough to give a percentage reading. Usually, issuing the battery status command is sufficient to get a reading.
The discharge time when you are calibrating the battery is nowhere near an accurate indication of how much life you'll get out of the machine in the real world.
