Hi Everyone, Sorry I keep posting so much today. Okay I thought maybe I needed to delete things with regards to the Web that might fix some of my issues. So I went to the Internet options under internet file management. The BN deleted cookies and the browser history without any problems. When it came to the delete all temporary files I received the following error message. directory is not empty followed by several exclamation points. What does this mean? I'm concerned my BN needs to go in for repair. It just seems to have more problems as the weekend goes on.
Maybe this is something new with KS 6.11 that I'm missing? This is the first time I've tried to delete temp files since I upgraded to KS 6.11. Thanks for your time and your help. Lisa
