Hi, Charlotte: You can either do a regular reset, or do a warm reset which is pressing and releasing quickly the reset, while holding down F D S. Hold those down until you hear the chimes. The cold reset would be the same type of thing, but using J K L. With that one, you'll need to reset the clock and date. Good luck.
