Well its just like anything else. Most people who have the IBM t-30 love 
them but the one I bought last year has been a nightmare, yet, my Braille 
Note 32 has been very trouble free except for when the former pulsedata 
messed up my keyboard. But I have really enjoyed my bn and hope the pk is as 
trouble-free as the original machine has been.
By the way, I still have not received my 6.1 upgrade which was promised by 
the end of may. what's going on?
