Rhonda, I tried all your suggestions and every kind of reset known to 
Braillenote! No luck!!!!  Sorry I couldn't give you feedback sooner, but I fell 
asleep last night and this morning had to go to work.  Anyway, as I can't 
converse with anyone personally about this on list until I get home, think I 
will put a call into tech support today! Btw, still not going back to the 
defaults, though I erased the keysoftksaid file.  What's up with that? Maybe 
tech can send me a copy of KS6.2.  Sure hope so! This seems to be what my BN 
wants since it says if I reset and that deesn't work to reinstall this version 
of Keysoft!  Just goes to show that knowing what the BN will say next can get 
one into trouble if you don't check where you are at when it asks whether you 
are sure you want to erase.  Oh I am so mad at myself! I use the planner all 
the time!
