Hi Everyone, I wanted to thank everyone for their assistance with my BN issues this weekend. Thanks for putting up with my posts. I'm sure I had read sometime about that bug in KS 6.11 with respect to deleting the Internet temp files but must have forgotten. My email and Internet seem to be working better since last night more reliable anyway. I'll still calling my ISP and see if they can tell me anything like were they experiencing pryms over the weekend. I'm able to download books now so I'm happy. The Braille display issue seems to be gone for now. My guess is it will flare up again. I've had Braille display issues before where they come and go until I send the unit in for repair. I can't afford to send my BN right now because I need it for work. Hopefully it will hold out until Christmas although I feel like I'm gambling for time.
