Hi Jim,

If you still have the card insert which came with your card (I threw mine away 
a long time ago too)  <grin>  it probably will tell you what to do about a bad 
card.

Otherwise, I'd go to www.ambicom.com and see what they have to say.  I'd think 
they should have warranty info there.  

You could try the place where you got it, but I'll bet they'll send you to the 
manufacturer.  

Sure does sound like a bad card.  I pull mine in and out of the slot countless 
times and so far no problem, but you just never know about these things and a 
pin 
can certainly come loose.
