yes, jim you can multitask and it doesn't slow it down.it handles a 2 ghz compaq flash and a 2 gig sd card and a 1 gig u s b flash disk all at the same time.
I've been working with the machine awhile now in testing and I'm amazed.the only upgrades I can see they have to do now is to support real player files and windows c e programs but the programs won't happen for along time.
