Hey, I was thinking, try resetting both units and see if that works. Also, try hooking the embosser to the computer and emboss from there if you have Duxbury. If this works perfectly, then we know the serial port on the Embosser is fine. If the margins look good, then we know we have to change some margin settings in the M power.
