       This link will take you to a phone keypad that generates the 
touchtone sounds by typing the numbers on your numpad. I was unable to use 
JAWS to get into the text edit box to enter the whole number. If you are 
able to do this there is then a DIAL button that does work with the spacebar 
in JAWS. Otherwise you can just record the tones as you dial them on your 
numpad.
