I still cannot get my ActiveSync to work. When I attempt to connect I get a message that Com1 isn't available. Yet, Window-Eyes tells me that I have selected Com1 for the BrailleNote as a Braille display, and I am using that feature to read this messge that I am currently composing. I am just about ready to completely give up on Active Sync entirely and purchase one of those compact flash cards. If I do that, what is the thing called that I can use to plug into my PC so that I can then transfer files from the PC to the BN? Thank you. Sandy
