[Braillenote] missing dot on decimal point

The missing half of the decimal point appears whether the dcimal point is 
in the third, fifth or sixth cell in the manual.  To test out a theory that 
I have, I took the liberty of creating a document which talked about the 
virtus of keysoft 6.11.  Much to my shock and amazement, I received a whole 
and complete decimal point.  Since that is the case, I wouldn't think that 
it would be a braille display problem.  If anyone has any ideas for me to 
solve my problem your help would be immensely appreciated.
