Hello Jennifer: If you have a wireless router the BrailleNote should be seeing it. Some things on the router could be preventing this. The first is if "Broadcast SSID" has been turned off. The second is if a security scheme other than WEP is being employed. What kind of router is it?? and Did you install it yourself or have someone install it for you like an ISP provider?? If you can give us some more details about the router I'm sure that one of us can get you going.
