CDEX will do this for you. I can't remember the download URL, but you could 
search for "download CDEX" on google 
and find it. CDEX is freeware. You might be able to find something better that 
you have to pay for, but I have been very 
pleased with the results of CDEx. It also lets you record in any of these 
formats from the line-in jack or the mic. It is very 
responsive and not a memory hog.
