I had the same problem. I could not access the manual's contents or the I prompt. The manual had all gone except for one small file, and I forget what that was. The way I solved it was to upgrade to 6.1 on my braillenote. I had that upgrade coming; so when I got it all installed, there were the manual and files and commands to access it again.
