Hi, Since I got my bn qt 32 back I have noticed when I remove the power adapter or plug the adapter in my braille display goes crasy. It is like it has buffered a tun of info and it goes by way to fast for me to read. 6.01 or 6.11 is the version I can double check this could there be a problem with the software or a problem with my bn, it has acted this way since I sent it in a month and a half or so a go.
