I agree wholeheartedly. It still boggles my mind why SMA's haven't been
mentioned when purchasing BrailleNotes. Other companies give you the
option, even after you purchase your first and it is time to have another
upgrade.
To me HumanWare charge enough for their Service Contract, that I hope
SMA's are reasonable. It also boggles my mind when I called to have my last
keysoft upgraded that the sales person never even mentioned SMA, as if they
don't exist.
