Robert, I can't remember: do you have a bn classic or MPower? Which version of keysoft are you using if it's a classic?
Also, you mentioned that the alarm doesn't sound after a reset. Is this a simple reset or a 4 5 6 reset? Just trying to set up a senario so I can see if I can reproduce it here. If you have a classic I may not be able to help though since I have an MPower which may act differently. This really is a strange one though. Don
