Hi folks!
Well the mystery of my upgrade has been solved. It went to my Cincinnati
address.
I'll have a friend check tomorrow and forward it to me.
I just had an extremely pleasant experience on the phone with humanware
staff.
I had to renew my service contract and Karen was delightful. She transfered
me to a lovely young lady whose name I did not get, not because she didn't
tell me but because my ears need cleaning out. Anyway, we have a rma for my
bn to get its new keyboard and it shall be sent out as soon as my blue
logger is up and running with the Pk.
So the wait for customer services was not overly long and Thank you,
Humanware for having such courteous people on the phones.
