Hi Wendy, The only 2 cards which will work with the braillenote are the two listed on the humanware site. The Ambicom WL1100-ccf is the least expensive of the two and also seems to be the most readily available. The cisco card is a pcmcia card, but they can be hard to find and also run around $150 and that's used.
The Ambicom cards are far less expensive and they fit in the slot on the back. You can get them from amazon.com, or at least you could a few weeks back. I've had mine for several months and it cost somewhere around $57 I believe. Other wireless cards will not work with the braillenote, although the new MPower will support several wireless cards. Check with Humanware to see just which ones are supported. I really like the Ambicom card and it also works well with the MPower if you should ever decide to upgrade to that. Don
