Hi, Try unloading we and then set your bn to braille terminal before loading we again. You have to have the bn in braille terminal mode before you load window eyes. If you're starting your computer for the first time you need to be sure that the braillenote is turned and set to braille terminal mode before you boot up with window eyes.
Also, if it says braille terminal on the display press enter on the braillenote and the display should then be blank until window eyes actually loads. Don
