Hi David, Well, it almost sounds like you may have a problem with the logon such as possibly not entering the username or password correctly. If it isn't logging on at all, I'd think that would be the likely culprit.
I'm not familiar enough with the pk to be knowledgable as to the differences in dealing with dialup, but I have been successful in using dialup on the MPower in the past. If you never get the "logon successful" messsage on the MPower, it probably is in that part of the sequence rather than in email or internet access. Don
