Hi list,

I've been doing a research project almost all summer and foolishly neglected to back up my notes. I took all of them in one file on my BrailleNote, but tonight, for the first time, it wouldn't open the file. All I get is an error message saying, "reached the end of the file**." This is the first time I've ever seen something like that. I can't open, copy, export, or email the file, let alone back it up. I was able to display its info in the file directory, though, so it doesn't seem to have been corrupted or erased - it's just inaccessible. I have Keysoft 6.1. I was thinking of doing a 1-2-3 reset but didn't want to risk losing the file. It's very important that I be able to access it so that I can write my research paper. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I left a message with tech support but forgot it was Saturday, oops. :-)
