Hello Pam, I have successfully downloaded the keysoft 6.2 build 25 and now build 26. I have downloaded both of these on my braillenote with no problems. I also read Dean's e-mail this morning, and the reason they put these files in the format that they do, is to save space on the website, and they are easier and faster to download. Just my two cents.
