Hello: The measurements of the BrailleNote box when filled with BrailleNote are 15 inches wide by 12 inches deep by 6 inches high. The weight will be around 5 lbs (Assuming you're not sending back charger or cables). Make sure to pack plenty of foam around the unit.
UPS is very particular about measurements, but FEDEX is not. If you do decide to go with UPS, Try to drop it off or go to a location where they have a regular UPS pickup. Otherwise, they will charge you an additional $11 special pickup fee. Also, don't forget to get the outbound tracking number.
