Hello list,

I had to go to a meeting this past weekend out of town. I was able to download
my EMAIL and listen to streaming audio in some parts of the hotel. They were
having problems with their network. I was using some kind of apple network but
it worked well when I could get it. Their main network was having some kind of
problem.

A friend of mine had a half a gigabyte thumb drive with him. He used it in his
laptop. I tried it in my M-power and it worked just fine. I was able to
locate his files and directories with no difficulty. It took a while to locate
specific files since he had a number of them on his thumb drive. I thought it
worked nicely. I think he said he paid $17 for it but can't recall where he
got it. I was impressed since it is the first thumb drive I have seen. He
also showed me the dummy cover from his notebook representing Sd cards and that
was truly small! His Sandisk half a digabyte drive came across on the BN as a
hard drive. I hope to get a thumb drive for myself and my wife. It had a nice
little cover for it which could be used when the drive was not in use. The
wrist strap was very long indeed. It was shaped much like a pack of gum or a
small ciggarette lighter as some have pointed out. Good work Humanware.
