Hi Stacy! I don't know about the mPower, but since it has many of the same features as the bn as well as the new features, you can use it right away, since when you plug it in, the device runs itself off the main power and not the batteries. Again, I don't know if this also works with the mPower, since I haven't gotten the go ahead from Humanware yes. I expect to hear from them in mid January, and if I'm lucky, Ks 7 will be out then and will be the software installed on my new mPower! This would be wonderful! Hth
