Hi Jonathan, I tried it again and got the same results.  To recap: I chose the 
restore option from the utilities menu, chose the compact flash drive, found my 
latest backup folder, went into the folder and chose the Keymail folder.  Then 
I chose the flash disk as the location to which the folders should be restored. 
 Should I only be using the entire backup folder and not choosing one of its 
subfolders?
I hope this makes sense.
