I created a partnership between my mPower and my PC using active sync. 
However, every time I reconnect the two devices via the USB cable, the 
PC won't recognize the previously functioning partnership and wants me 
to create a new one.  What might be going on here?  For now I've deleted 
the partnership and just sign on as a guest.  Is there a particular 
order of plugging in and turning on that might make a difference?  I'm 
only transferring files right now, so I don't really need the 
partnership for the time being.
