Hello, When I first got my PK I had to reset it at least twice a day. I was finding it very trouble sum. Within a month, I think that it was two weeks the cf slot quit working. I would put a card in and the PK would say card not recognized. I called humamware, and they had me send it in. I was told that the motherboard had to be replaced. I got it back a day later. I have not had to reset the unit nearly as much. Scott
