Sighted people write paragraphs using the following ways: (1) two hard
returns no indent (2) one hard return followed by a tab (3) two line
returns followed by a tab. Usually, options (1) or (2) are required. It
depends on what your teachers or bosses require.

In braille, the standard indication of paragraphs is a hard return
followed by two spaces. Paragraphs always start in cell 3.

Hi,
Okay I asked my mom and she said it depends on the document. When you
hand write something, there is only one line between paragraphs. Some
books have one line between the text as well. However some documents
have two. So the answer is it just depends.
