Hi David, When you unpack the book, it will ask you if you want to review the options. Did you make sure and tell it the file was a Braille file? I had a similar situation when I opened a BRF file, but forgot to tell the BN it was a Braille file. The unit assumed it was a text file, and what I got was a double translation. Grade 4 Braille? <Grin>
